This past weekend I happened upon a story here in Peachtree City that, at least to me, signifies a new "norm" for those living out of the pockets of taxpayers.

When they are asked to perform stupid political holding patterns or even not holding patterns, they don't resign!

When you go to the bathroom, greenbacks are much better than newspaper which tears easier or corn cobs which tend to be rough. They can also be used as decorative wallpaper, but save a few as they will officially become antiques after 50 years. In the meantime, you will save money on toilet paper. But hurry because paper money is in short supply, most of it is produced by politicians electronically.

Git Real was so right when he called Fayette's cable franchisee "Comcrap". Since the switch from analog to digital TV (during which cable customers were assured that they would not be affected), there are several channels I no longer receive without a freakin' digital cable box. Of course, that box comes with a brand new fee, too. Grrrr!

Having done considerable thinking about Sarah Palin's new "Death Panels," which she is against, I have figured them out.

The pay offs and pay backs continue.. Petrobras a Brazilian oil company who reported 8 Billion in profits last year..”BORROWED” 2 BILLION DOLLARS for off-shore oil drilling.

Has the land swap with Fayette County and PTC been totally finalized?

I was reading in another paper about the Murphy family in Clayton County finally getting into a home (another paper because here we only see CB's personal opinions on his own liberal rag). The home was donated by the generosity of hard working kind people right in the middle of a recession, yet they still found it in their hearts to give.
