The Chronicle: new newspaper?

Has anyone received a copy of that creature yet? I got a free one.

It is simply an addition to the Fayette County News papers, but is published separately, apparently, for some strange reason.

Looks as if they either sold, or giveaway, several color ads in the first one.

Isn't this something like starting up a new bank in PTC to finance home and commercial building?
