There were also reports of foot fetishism and sexual roleplay between Morris and the prostitute, specifically that Morris had proclivities for toe-sucking and regaling Ms. Rowlands with a rendition of "Popeye the Sailor Man" while clad in boxer shorts. Git, I agree that he made some really bad personal decisions but that doean't make him a total idiot. I think he's got a pretty good grasp on the political vibrations of the current administration. And toes just ain't my thing!

I agree Gym. Morris and his strategic and manipulative campaign tactics coupled with his ability to 'read' the voters and gauge their political temperature at any point in a campaign was astonishing as evidenced by his contributions to Clintons victory. I listen to him occasionally and am astonished by his political brilliance. That said, he is still a creepy little sleaze. LOL!

Lindsey, first let me say that the issue of Dick Morris seems to be a distraction from the truth of your original post. That was not my intention. See....I have this strange habit of referencing those whom I quote so as not to misrepresent their words as my own. Those words as spoken by Mr. Morris were completely relevant to the conversation.

Personally, I don't care if he tucks it between his legs while singing Polyanna under a waxing moon.....the words mean the same. Now how's that for imagery? LOL.

An acquaintance loaned me a book recently, Mark R. Levin's "Liberty and Tyranny". I finally picked it up last night and prior to opening the book I turned it over to the back cover. Here is another very relevant quote:

Now, at the time when Lincoln so eloquently spoke these words, he was referencing slavery. However, truths not only remain self evident but also unchanged by time or circumstance. Whether the issue is one of slavery and tyranny against a race or slavery and tyranny against a class, those words are as true today as they were then.
