Has the land swap with Fayette County and PTC been totally finalized?
The lot on Macintosh Trail (kelly) and the land in south PTC.

There are people working on the Macintosh (Kelly) land for something!

head of Fayette County Water System answer the questions about that land? What soil testing has been done on it before this sale to PTC? What chemicals were used there when it was a water treatment plant?

I wouldn't bring my toys there to use. No way.
