goldendixierose: KILGORES IN S.W. VIRGINIAI HAVE BEEN DOING RESEARCH ON MY FAMILY LINEAGE FOR 7 YEARS NOW AND I STILL FIND IM AM AT A HALT MY GRANDAD WAS JAMES MO Gamma Sherri: Red and Yellow, Black and White...One of my earliest memories of a black person was sitting in the sunshine, braiding my blonde baby fine hair into corn-rows. It was 1964, I was 6 years old, and our totally white church was situated in the middle of a predominantly black neighborhood in Atlanta. My mother decided she would invite the folks living around our church to come worship with us. The lady that my Mom was visiting had a daughter my age. She was fascinated by my white blonde hair. I remember sitting in the sun, close to this little girl, and feeling her fingers braiding my hair against my scalp. We chattered about dolls and boys while my Mom visited with her mother. My memories of that day are as warm as the sun that lit the day. Christian: Bishop Rene Gracida: Catholics cannot in good conscience vote for ObamaCitizen_Steve: Conserve Gas/Oil - Now more than EverWhat has peeved me greatly about the high oil prices is that (yes a tired but ever true line) those who hate us the most are profiting from our pain and laughing as they do it. Iran, Chavez, OPEC, Russia and the like have raked in the dough like never before. Cyclist: Good Bye Senator Ted Stevens.Fred Garvin: The Europeanization of AmericaThe Europeanization of America By PETE DU PONT Barack Obama is likely to become the next president of the United States. sniffles5: Like, Socialism...Interesting read in the New Yorker this morning: LIKE, SOCIALISM which chronicles the current attempts of the McCain Bigot Brigade to paint Obama as a "socialist". Fred Garvin: Picture of dear leader painted in Pennsylvania fieldmuddle: Beer and the BibleFred Garvin: Trick or TreatOn Halloween, I'm going to give the young folk a taste of what the rest of their lives will be like if obama is elected POTUS. Acey1: Patti LaBelle and the National AnthemWorld Series game 4. Oh my gosh! All respect I've ever had for her and her music is now GONE. Why must such talented singers disrespect our National Anthem? Sing it as it was written! DarthDubious: Project Blue Beam - Sounds a Little Crazy, but Entirely PossibleBy Serge Monast [Note: Serge Monast and another journalist, both of whom were researching Project Blue Beam, died of "heart attacks" within weeks of each other although neither had a history of heart disease. Serge was in Canada. The other Canadian journalist was visiting Ireland. Prior to his death, the Canadian government abducted Serge's daughter in an attempt to dissuade him from pursuing his research into Project Blue Beam. His daughter was never returned. Pseudo-heart attacks are one of the alleged methods of death induced by Project Blue Beam.] DarthDubious: The Latest from Congressman Ron Paul:"For those who thought a Democratic congress would end the war in Iraq, think again: their new budget proposes supplemental funds totaling about $150 billion in 2008 and $50 billion in 2009 for Iraq. This is in addition to the ordinary Department of Defense budget of more than $500 billion, which the Democrats propose increasing each year just like the Republicans." Cyclist: Tug and wulfmanBonkers: Banks still at it!Saw an ad today for CD's paying 6.5% interest. Davids mom: Something to think aboutThe Crime Dog: Nicole File's "open book"I would vote for Nicole File if she: 1. Kept her own promise about "open government." She can't even post information on her own website. The "issues" and "SPLOST" links are under construction. How are we to judge her as a potential board member? Cyclist: Charter Buses - Be Careful!!!Here's a report that reveals some scary stuff. 10/24/2004 jonnycat: Humor for the dayI took my dad to the mall the other day to buy some new shoes (he is 92). We decided to grab a bite at the food court. I noticed he was watching a teenager sitting next to him. The teenager had spiked hair in all different colors: green, red, orange, and blue. My dad kept staring at him. The teenager would look and find him staring every time. Nitpickers: Fake EconomyFamous coffee selling for $12 a pound DragNet: Editorial Endorsementm for Barack ObamaTake a read to the editorial endorsement for Barack Obama by The New York Times. Great piece, I think we can rest our case for change. DarthDubious: Brainwashing by Ayers Endorsers are the least of Your ProblemsSteve Brown recently wrote a piece about the circling of the drain by our school systems that got my gremlins going, so I did a little research. The Truth Will ...: Stop The Brainwashing of our Youth! My Student is completing college applications this month, and a few of the schools we are applying have professors listed on the Petition Supporting Ayers. We are not eager to put our precious child or our monies into any of these colleges/universities that have professors that endorse/support Ayers or his kind. "We are paying" for our children’s education and I can assure you our hard earned monies will not go to a university where one of these radicals could end up with our child in their classroom to try to brainwash, intimidate, or issue failing grades!!. I am scanning the list of colleges with Ayers endorsements and my family will know which ones to stay clear of. Contact your colleges and demand they stand up for our children, demand they remove these “so-called” educators”, and demand they stand up for America by denouncing these radicals with their troubling behaviors, beliefs and past! DITTOS: read below. Money Does Talk! America is Not for Sale to Radicals or Socialism! suggarfoot: google new school locations... then vote Nicole Filein this age of computers, there are just too many ways to check things out. NeilSullivan: Why didn't anyone discuss the highlight of the FCBOE Meeting?Me speaking in public comment wasn't it. Ten Fayette County Schools earned the Superintendent's Distunguished Achievement Award from the Georgia Department of Education. DarthDubious: SAY NO TO REPUBLICRATIC CANDIDATE JARACK MCBAMA!!!I combine the Parties, and the name because there is virtually no difference between them. Both voted for the Wall Street bailouts, betraying their constituents, who buried Congress with emails, letters, and phone calls. We were IGNORED BY BOTH!!! Bonkers: Joe plumber stuff : Socialistic?Just how much socialism or communism is acceptable to you conserves? Is it Ok that Sarah "the moosekiller" Palin, defender of her sister and hater of Pooohleese, and user of hubby for dirty studff, has arranged for every single Alaskan to be paid by the state, just for existing, out of the oil production fund?
