Charter Buses - Be Careful!!!

Here's a report that reveals some scary stuff.

A charter bus with 29 passengers runs off the road and overturns. The roof of the bus partially detaches due to an improper repair and, as a result, all 30 occupants were ejected with 15 killed.

A post accident review of the bus company revealed only one Federal Motor Carrier safety check in the past 19 years. This post review also revealed a noncompliance with drug/alcohol random checks, driver qualification files, driver logs,maintenance and inspection programs, and periodic inspection of commercial motor vehicles.
