When I last rented, my lease was month to month after the first year with a 30 or 60 day notice of moving. I also believe if you want to check with any landlord a pro-rated portion of each month's rent is allocated to the payment of taxes. There again from your lofty view , you have neglected to see the whole picture that renters indirectly pay property tax. They also pay sales tax,Ad valor um and splost taxes and such as they go about buying groceries,cloths ,and things in this county. SO BACK OFF the almighty idea that you are better than a renter because you own property. I do also and I understand that Public means public not just Landowners. Oh maybe you want to own a plantation and may all renters work as slaves and sharecroppers so you can view them from aloft cause they aren't worthy to send their kids to your public school.

Since I'm a Jersey guy, I'll go with Rutgers at Louisville on Nov. 29. Two of the best players in the nation will be featured: Rutgers running back Ray Rice and Louisville quarterback Brian Brohm. Other games I look forward to seeing are Michigan-Ohio State, Florida State-Florida, Florida State-Miami, Georgia-Florida and Penn State-Michigan, just to name a few.

They are all fakers! They all have preconceived political partisan ideas, they all owe someone something, most are failures in their personal lives, most have gotten wealthy from dubious sources, most are actors....there is one real one, no one wants any of them 100% for either party....not even the majority!

This bridge is on the list of "deficient" bridges, I think.
Maybe we should cut some oak or hickory poles out of the woods and set them into the mud real deep under it until the government gets around to fixing it!

I'm surprised nothing has been posted about last night's robbery at the Zaxby's in north Fayetteville. I don't know much more than it occurred around 11pm and the suspects got away.
