New 12' fence hopper!

Mexican coyotes now have helium balloons big enough to carry a basket with up to 30 Mexicans over the 12' border fence (or two tons of Meth) at any point. It is collapsible and can make the trip at 40 miles per hour below radar.
Ticket, one way, $100.
If caught, the basket is cut, the driver attaches to the balloons, and the balloons heads south at 50 MPH, guided by ground control in Mexico.
The submarines for the passage from Vera Cruz to New Orleans are nearly developed, also.
