Our Chinese and Japanese bond debts

It is hard to determine just how much we owe the two subject countries but it appears to be somewhere around two trillion dollars! That is trillions.
Most of it to Japan, but Chinese loans to us is growing faster.
We are in a bind as to how to control what we buy from these countries since they could "call" in the bonds and absolutely ruin us!
Why do you think we don't inspect their goods and food coming here? And by inspect, I mean laboratory checks---not glance at!
Man, what a government we have! We are on our way to European progress fast.
