Because everyone tolerates it, and our DA and judges think it's ok!

Most people think there will always be another place for the good people to take off too, when the going gets rough.

You assessed the situation correctly -- because the D.A. AND a lot of the judges tolerate it. They feel so sorry for the perps that they have too little sympathy left for the victims. I think I'll read Michael Savage's book Liberalism Is a Mental Disorder.

I haven't been in Judge Edwards' courtroom lately. Please don't tell me that he has "softened up," too.

How soft are our judges on white collar crime in Fayette?
If you will review the sentences or dismissal or plea bargained cases of white collars in Fayette, I think you will shut up about only the others you speak of getting off light!
I'm afraid one raid on white collars leaving certain establishments late on Fridays, would find much drunkenness, pistols, and maybe even a few pills.......these cases never get even arrested very often.
None of that excuses either side, or shouldn't.
