48 hours to a "scooter" with a "grabber," free

It seems that some of our bridges are falling slowly (until it happens, then it is quick) due to possible faulty "gusset" plates.
Yesterday, the problem was that the contractor repairing the surface had a couple of loads of gravel on the bridge. The day before that it seems, there were stress cracks and some rust.
The day before that I remember, we had a train that was running under the bridge.
I think we are getting a lot of BS, just as the "scooter" store dishes out, about our infrastructure, and especially the Minnesota bridge!
Who needs a scooter anyway when we can use Walmart's and Kroger's free, even if we are just fat!
Now gusset plates are the marvel of the architectural world. They provide a cheap way to connect bridge girders or housing rafters without using dowels, rivets, or welding,
They work as long as you tighten them regularly, and replace then when they get stressed, or when they stress the girder.
Of course we don't do that---we write reports that say: yes, they are stressed, but may not fall for awhile.
Let Mrs. Clinton have that problem!
Get her a "scooter" and a free "grabber!"
