First off what gives you the right besides the First Amendment to attack and lash out at those in our county that rent their home ,Apartment or room as being inferior to you because you allege to own property and they don't. Your assertion that a renter is less of a Citizen is absurd and ludicrous, It must be great living on that mountain of yours passing judgment like you are a God. When I last rented, my lease was month to month after the first year with a 30 or 60 day notice of moving. I also believe if you want to check with any landlord a pro-rated portion of each month's rent is allocated to the payment of taxes. There again from your lofty view , you have neglected to see the whole picture that renters indirectly pay property tax. They also pay sales tax,Ad valor um and splost taxes and such as they go about buying groceries,cloths ,and things in this county. SO BACK OFF the almighty idea that you are better than a renter because you own property. I do also and I understand that Public means public not just Landowners. Oh maybe you want to own a plantation and may all renters work as slaves and sharecroppers so you can view them from aloft cause they aren't worthy to send their kids to your public school.
When I was last in court there was an Item used called an affidavit, Which by the way is a swearing to and acknowledging under the penalty of perjury a legal and bidding document. Had you ever signed and had a document notarized , you would have realized this fact of what you were swearing to. It seems like Ms Dunn had taken bills,receipts and notarized affidavit and ad valor um receipts for both her and her daughter swearing to the fact they were living at the same address in Fayette County.vI think any reason able rational adult would have accepted that many items of documentation don't you? But then again from your lofty perch it is hard to be reasonable and rational with your mind set of superiority as a property owner in Fayette county.
CAT if you want to take on a cause, May I suggest to you that you proceed up HWY 74. Stop at the entrance to the Sandy Creek complex and document all the cars from Fulton County turning there and parking or dropping off students. Oh, you can tell those cars by the license plates as they say FULTON on the bottom.But then again you may not want to as they may be family and friends from Riverdale and you seem to know so much about it. After spending a few days then proceed to Rockaway Road and HWY 74 and count the cars turning to and entering the Starr's Mill complex from Coweta county. Then take your results to the School board and submit your finding. Then you can say you have really done something for the Public Schools of Fayette County.
Remember the saying judge not lest thee be judged.You opened this door. So maybe you can drop the attitude and accept all the citizens renters and property owners as your equal as described in the Declaration of Independence. If not then I suggest you take sell your property and move to another nation and enjoy their freedoms. HAVE A NICE DAY

The property tax is paid once. One check to the tax assessor's office.

So, you decide who pays it:

Is it the RENTER or

is it the Property Owner?

When you get your ignorant rent paying behind back on here - you decide who pays it- it can't be both big boy.

Now, if the bleached out grandma wants her baby's baby to go to school here - she should shut up and fill out the forms the school board needs. She can always go back to Clayco - and take you with her. Maybe she can find a man and stay married for a change - seems the women in her family can't manage that.

You know Cat, After reading your last obnoxious rant, I initially wanted to "strike back" at you. However, with that said, I re-read the last article of your post and began to feel horribly sorry for you. You don't need me to tell you how hateful and judgemental you've been toward me and my family, because you already know.
It was men and women like you who taunted and tormented Jesus, but did he strike back in the same manner? Nope, he turned the other cheek. I will use his example right now with you. Instead of berating you, I instead will pray for you.

I can buy and sell your behind any day of the week.I own a home here and have lived here for 18 years.I didn't move my behind from Riverdale like you and I harbor no racist bias in my body and soul. You are so stupid ,you can't read and understand what I or anyone else here has to say on the subject.I will try again;A landlord sets the rent.Does he not? A landlord actually pays the taxes,Right? But where does that money come from,Duh? The rent paid by those that rent from him. I find it really laughable that just yesterday you are the one to play the race card on an issue that wasn't about race. You stuck your foot in your mouth and then cried foul. Well there was no foul, those of us the can read and comprehend above a third grade level understood the frustration displayed and were asking if there was some form of compromise and simplification of the forms needed.Now, I find the most hypocritical phrase of the day "Have a blessed day", wow you infer you are a devote Christain. Wow, You judge, pass judgement and call white people racist. What church do you attend as I'm sure the readers here would like to avoid such a church that professes the virtues of bigorty,hate, spite and venom. Must be a snake worshipping church.
Let me assure you that Ms Dunn's grandchild will be in school at Fayette County on Monday no matter what you say or do.As it's her and her daughter's right contray to your opinion. She also will grieve for and miss her ex-husband no matter what you do or say.As it is her right to do so. Also The renter's of this county will be sending their kids to the public schools of this county not your so called public schools for only the property owners.As it is their right to do so.
Lady , and I use the term loosely, you best get you facts straight before you attack me and lash out at me because I know I pay more in property taxes than you and a have a much higher degree of education. You sit around all day with nothing to do but type on your Commadore 64 here on this site.As it has been said before on this site you are a Rat not cat of the town. GET A LIFE
