Iaveeyes2: Answer To FCHS Football SituationI also agree until new decisions are made Fayette County High School Footbal Program will go down the drain. It does not take a rocket scientist to see the problem. Denese Sproul: Pet LimitShouldn't the pet limit be based on weight? I'd much rather live next door to someone with 4 cats than 3 Rottweilers. homelife: ANGEL REALTORI have been a resident in Fayette County for 23 years. I have bought and sold my share of homes and land thru-out the years. dollaradayandfound: IllegalsI was just wondering if anyone in Fayette County cares just how many illegals we have here? ThomONas11: CrisisIn any crisis there is a price of forfiet with which accounts that need be settled. To Give your more and recieve your less is over. idontknow: Dear Police Union...Ok, we've heard your cries for help. Let's break down the issue, as summarized in the recent AJC article. Bottom line: An outstanding employee's raise will be 5.5 percent, instead of 7 percent. loveptc: Peter BoyleAll I can say is I will miss you and... "HOLY CRAP!". johenry: Shameless PTC City Council!Unbelievable! The Logsdon bunch is at it again with the Dec. 14 special meeting announcement coming late in the day on Dec. 13. Git Real: Hey Jeff CHowdy, A couple of questions if you don't mind. If you find them too personal then tell me to bug off. Referring to your job that you described to Tug13 would you be so kind as to clarify? Is it Asian and Middle Eastern terrorism and conflict analysis that you study and report on? Is this something you do through the Carter Center? For privacy's sake I could understand if you didn't answer that one. dollaradayandfound: "on so many levels"Our language is being destroyed by inarticulate people who know they have no argument and hope to throw us off with such statements, as the subject above. eodnnaenaj1: I may have missed it,did anyone comment on the recent IRS "mistake"? Honest taxpayers will be funding this error! I don't know if anyone else has had the pleasure of working with the IRS regarding "mistakes"; let's just say it ain't easy or fun. Gee, wish I had had someone who would have footed my bill! smartpanz: Accountability and Judges....I'm glad I live in Fayette County! I recently assisted in a trial in another county in which there were two defendants. It does not take a rocket scientist to know that a murder trial with two defendants are most likely going to take a week or two, especially since the two individuals charged with murder were tried together and not severed. Thus there would be a lot of evidence to be presented, witnesses to testify, etc. and it would most definitely be time consuming any way you look at it. aelder21479: At Home workcheck out this website {{{{{{edited}}}}} dollaradayandfound: Two Years of this?Barak Hussein Obama and Vilsack Obama Maama, will draw lots of laughs out of midnight comedy, but not many votes from Alabama Osama Bama. Richard Hobbs: Proud to be a bigotNow that I've gotten your attention... Having debated many times about the terms Racism, Prejudice, and Bigotry, I was intrigued by something I've read about Tribalism that made me have to think long and hard.

Git Real: Your Drivers License Is On The Internetsnoopy3: Grils winter coatsYes, I do. My chuch, St. Gabriel, Catholic Church, in Fayetteville, is collecting clothing, for a children's shelter in Atlanta. Michael Boylan: Wrestling photosI caught some of the tournament at McIntosh over the weekend and saw a lot of other folks with cameras. If you took some and don't mind sharing, send some of the best into sports@thecitizen.com and we'll combine them into one super gallery on this site. TracyLynn868: Tracy Lynn Lau heads to NationalsOkay, I am very new to blogs and comments and postings but I am going to give it a shot. My name is Tracy Lynn and I am a 33yr old wife and mother who lives in Peachtree City. I have driven a school bus for Fayette for five years now. I have always loved to sing. I competed in the Fayette Idol last summer, however stage fright got the best of me and ..well..needless to say it showed in my performance. Not long after the Idol fiasco I auditioned for the Georgia Country Music Association. I was able to perform for audiences in different situations and overcome my stage fright and at the end of the year I was awarded "New Country Female Entertainer of the Year”. I was also awarded "Most Promising New Country Vocalist of the year" (which is basically 2nd place for the female vocalist of the year category). I will now move forward to the National competition in Tennessee sponsored by the North American Country Music Association to compete again and represent Georgia and also the US. There are four countries that will participate in the competition. I am excited about going to Nationals but I am very new to competing and I don’t have many of the essentials that you are supposed to use to make the most of being there. I don’t have demo CD’s or professional Photo cards of myself, or promotional items to hand out to the music industry reps that will be present there. You must provide your own transportation to and from the event and you are responsible for your hotel and meals for the week. I have decided to hold a raffle to raise the money for covering these expenses. I am giving away a brand new Elmo TMX which is one of the hottest selling Christmas must haves this year. If I sell enough tickets, I will have three of these in the raffle. I have many other great items and I have posted a comment to the article that the citizen posted about me that explains it in detail. The tickets are $10.00 each. That article is posted in the “names and faces” section of the citizen online. If you would like to get in touch with me to buy raffle tickets you can contact me by email at tracylynn868@yahoo.com or you can call me at 678-364-9908. I am only selling the tickets until this Thursday the 14th and the drawings will be held on Friday the 15th at one of the schools that I drive for and the administrator will draw the winners to make it fair and legitimate. How cool would it be to get the hottest selling toy this season for only $10.00! You would also be helping to make one more dream come true as well. bad_ptc: Girls winter coatsI've got six girls winter coats I need to donate somewhere. I don't want them sold, I want them to go to some kids that need them. Dawn79: Recent experience with Enterprise-rent-a-carOn Friday December 8th, I rented a car for the weekend. I had made a reservation for 3:30, but left work late so didn't arrive there to pick up the car until 4:30, only to be told that I would have to wait for another car to return. After grocery shopping with my 2 kids (9 and 4)at 8:15PM, the rear left side door would not close. I called the 24hour road side assistance provided to customers by Enterprise, they were unwilling to help me! First, they suggested that I tie the door down and drive it to the dealer. After I refused and asked for a tow truck, they were unwilling to send someone because they are not aloud to tow a car with an open door. After an hour and a half, I called blueline taxi, since enterprise was unwilling to send someone. The taxi driver was VERY nice and fixed the problem for me, after I showed him exactly where the problem was. jdoe41: License to Have KidsAnybody ever think of how stupid it is that you have to pass a test to get a license to have kids, yet there is no hurdle to get over to prove you are fit to be a parent? loveptc: 1973 vs 2006Those of us 40 and over may get this! AF A-10: A stirring photographic journal of a day in the life of a soldier serving in IraqThese pictures, taken mostly from the initial phase of the Iraq invasion, are a stirring testament to the valor and bravery of our troops, and the plight of Iraqi citizens. vespa: I feel sorry for 111405I don't know you 111405, but I do know the Beckom children and Kay, they are very loving people and care for everyone. dollaradayandfound: The DifferenceVice-President and Mrs. Cheney's daughter, who has a homosexual partner, are now about to have a baby. I'm not sure of the method but as long as we don't talk about it, it won't matter. bladderq: Bringing US all TOgetherDid I dream VP Cheney is going to be a GrandPa? It's funny how people's positions or attitudes change when it happens to them. Git Real: Muddle Spotted Dining At The City CaféSo my bride and I are dining at the City Café tonight. This guy and his wife come in like they know everyone in the place. So I'm sitting there sizing this cat up. I'm thinking this dude sure looks familiar. So I say to myself...."Self!..where do you know him from"? ptcgv: Wrong Gift Again! |
