Tracy Lynn Lau heads to Nationals

Okay, I am very new to blogs and comments and postings but I am going to give it a shot.

My name is Tracy Lynn and I am a 33yr old wife and mother who lives in Peachtree City. I have driven a school bus for Fayette for five years now. I have always loved to sing. I competed in the Fayette Idol last summer, however stage fright got the best of me and ..well..needless to say it showed in my performance. Not long after the Idol fiasco I auditioned for the Georgia Country Music Association. I was able to perform for audiences in different situations and overcome my stage fright and at the end of the year I was awarded "New Country Female Entertainer of the Year”. I was also awarded "Most Promising New Country Vocalist of the year" (which is basically 2nd place for the female vocalist of the year category). I will now move forward to the National competition in Tennessee sponsored by the North American Country Music Association to compete again and represent Georgia and also the US. There are four countries that will participate in the competition. I am excited about going to Nationals but I am very new to competing and I don’t have many of the essentials that you are supposed to use to make the most of being there. I don’t have demo CD’s or professional Photo cards of myself, or promotional items to hand out to the music industry reps that will be present there. You must provide your own transportation to and from the event and you are responsible for your hotel and meals for the week. I have decided to hold a raffle to raise the money for covering these expenses. I am giving away a brand new Elmo TMX which is one of the hottest selling Christmas must haves this year. If I sell enough tickets, I will have three of these in the raffle. I have many other great items and I have posted a comment to the article that the citizen posted about me that explains it in detail. The tickets are $10.00 each. That article is posted in the “names and faces” section of the citizen online. If you would like to get in touch with me to buy raffle tickets you can contact me by email at tracylynn868@yahoo.com or you can call me at 678-364-9908. I am only selling the tickets until this Thursday the 14th and the drawings will be held on Friday the 15th at one of the schools that I drive for and the administrator will draw the winners to make it fair and legitimate. How cool would it be to get the hottest selling toy this season for only $10.00! You would also be helping to make one more dream come true as well.

Can I advertise my business on here for free? Or raise money so I can buy me a new Harley?

Ok..for $10 a pop I will give you each the opportunity to enter a raffle. The prize you might ask? How about this. Bad PTC will come to your house to change you tire, wash your socks and sew your old blue jeans. He can wax your car, groom your dog, and probably give you some good ideas how to get back at the Lion.

If you can get BadPTC to do all those things for only $10.00, I will gladly add you to my raffle. Maybe I can acquire Harley Davidson as a corporate sponsor and we can work on the new bike for you as well. You know, you are infamous on the PTC blogs so even though I have only been posting for a day, I have been reading the postings for over a year and I am impressed that you took the time to comment on my blog. It does not have the subject matter that usually ruffles your feathers, but it is for a good cause and it has been successful so far for getting the word out so I leave you with a simple "Thank You" for the Good Luck gesture.
Tracy Lynn

Just give me the date and as his agent I'll get him to perform this community service project. Have fun and good luck.
