Pet Limit

Shouldn't the pet limit be based on weight? I'd much rather live next door to someone with 4 cats than 3 Rottweilers.

I couldn't agree with you more. I have noticed that cats don't wake you up in the early morning hours because of shadows moved by the wind. Weight or number doesn't make me any difference. Now cats...
