Educators wrap up one history grant, embark on secondFayette’s first history grant funded by the Teaching American History (TAH) Project has come to an end. Nineteen Fayette County social studies educators finished the three-year grant titled “Linking American History: Past to Present” by studying in Washington, DC in June. NAACP's Youth Council's K-12 Peer to Peer tutoring launching this fallThe Fayette County Youth Council of the NAACP is kicking off its first year of Peer to Peer Tutoring. This new tutorial program will focus on all school subjects and standardized tests, such as CRCT, GHGT, and SAT of all students grades K-12.
