3 Coweta teens cuffed for selling crack at The Avenue

Undercover drug agents arrested three Coweta residents last week for selling crack cocaine in the parking lot of The Avenue shopping center in Peachtree City.

Taken into custody on Monday, July 24 were Annabelle Regina Florence, Justin Jwan Johnson and Benjamin Smith, all 18 years old.
The Fayette County Sheriffs Office Drug Suppression Task Force typically lets the dealers set up the location for such arrests, noted Lt. Col. Bruce Jordan.

Typically drug dealers like to set up the locations for deals in crowded areas, particularly if they might have to park and wait in a car for any length of time, Jordan indicated.

Big thanks go out to the Drug Task Force. They have had a lot of busts recently in our county, and we all applaud their work. Now, if we could just keep those hoodlums out to begin with...
