David Ballard cast his ballot early Friday afternoon at the Fayette County Board of Elections office. Although that service is not available Monday, a light turnout is expected at the polls so lines shouldn’t be terribly long. The only local race on the ballot is for the Post 5 County Commission seat between incumbent Linda Wells and challenger Jack Smith.
