The Whitewater Wildcats capitalized on a blocked punt early in their game against McIntosh and never looked back.
Whitewater defeated McIntosh 27-0 and got touchdown runs from Austin Faulkner, Thomas Frierson and David Byrd. Faulkner’s touchdown was a one yard run in the first quarter, Frierson scored on a two yard run in the second quarter and a 55 yard run in the third quarter and Byrd scored on a 35 yard keeper just over two minutes later. Has lettered in four different sports: softball, basketball, track and golf. Lettered in high academics (a 93 or above in all classes) freshman year, and has been on the honor roll ever since.
