Peachtree City’s local swim club, Southern Crescent Aquatic Team, dominated the annual Fall Classic hosted by the Columbus Hurricanes held September 28-29. The team won by over 1,000 points.

Swimmers that scored points in their age groups were:

Samantha Schmid, Rachel Goldblatt, Tyler Burrell, Johanna Goldblatt, Sara Merriman, Alexandra Schmid, Jordan Watson, Courtney Bond, Presley Fear, Austin Palmer, Missy Beall, Claren Anderson, Robbie Scott, Andrew Todd, Morgan Presley, Sydney Currenti, Sydney Cartwright, Courtney Harris, Halie Hinchey, Jack Beall, Alex Menke, Mark Buck, Matt Ferguson, Lauren Scott, Katie Haycraft, Sarah Larson, Bailey Cartwright, Sarah Martin, Lauren Beatty, Alex Harmon, Eric Presley, Jaron Beckwith, Peter Menke, Alec Vazquez and Casey Blanchard.

Swimmers that placed in the top eight overall in their age groups were: Samantha Schmid (4th), Tyler Burrell (4th), Alexandra Schmid (5th), Sarah Merriman (6th), Johanna Goldblatt (8th), Austin Palmer (5th), Missy Beall (1st), Robbie Scott (1st), Andrew Todd (3rd), Morgan Presley (1st), Sydney Currenti (5th), Sydney Cartwright (6th), Alex Menke (1st), Jack Beall (4th), Mark Buck (6th), Lauren Scott (1st), Katie Haycraft (3rd), Bailey Cartwright (4th), Lauren Beatty (4th), Sarah Larson (7th), Jaron Beckwith (4th), Alex Harmon (5th), Adam Otaki (6th) and Eric Presley (7th).

The next meet for the team is the Chatahoochee Invite, held October 12-14.
