Peter John Luker, 23, of Stonebridge Way, Senoia, is accused of “tagging” graffiti on rear business doors at the Braelinn shopping center and brick walls at First Baptist Church and Kane Yama Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar, according to warrants for his arrest.
