Jennifer Harkleroad of Thomas Crossroads Is named regional media specialist of the yearThomas Crossroads Elementary School Media Specialist Jennifer Harkleroad has been named the Media Specialist of the Year for the West Georgia region by the Georgia Library Media Association. Lower Fayetteville Road work to begin in JulyAt long last, some traffic relief is coming to one of eastern Coweta County’s busiest roads. County Public Information Officer Patricia Palmer confirmed the work to add two feet to each side of the road will begin in mid-July. Bridges will also be replaced on the road and the $6 million project is being funded by the county’s agreement with the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority.
