Masked bandit holds up Fayetteville antique storeA masked man robbed a downtown Fayetteville antique store Friday afternoon, police said. The man entered the back door of Brannon Antiques at 165 West Lanier Avenue around 1:50 p.m. and brandished a chrome revolver, police said. He demanded money from two employees and after he got the money he forced them to walk outside the store in one direction while he took off in the other direction on foot, police said. Dead man likely suspect from PTC robberiesA man shot and killed by police in Cobb County Tuesday is likely the same person who committed two armed robberies in Peachtree City last month, police said. |
