John MinaberryJohn P. Minaberry Jr., 56, died March 28, 2007. He was born Sept. 27, 1950 in Delaware County, N. Y. He died after sustaining critical injuries in an automobile accident in Peachtree City. He was preceded in death by his father, John Peter Minaberry Sr. He had been a Captain in the United States Air Force, and flew for Delta Air Lines from 1982 to 2005, retiring as a Captain. James Louis Green, 76, East Point, died March 17, 2007. He was born Feb.7, 1920 in Payne County, Okla. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jo Helen Cordell Green. He was proud of being a first generation Oklahoma, beginning college at age 16 at Oklahoma A&M. He completed his degree at the age of 30 on the G. I. Bill after returned from World War II. He received the Bronze Star for valor. He was an educator, coach, and administrator for more than 30 years, most of which were spent in the Fulton County school system. In later years he became a published writer and poet. Services were at the Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home, with interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery, College Park, with military honors.
