John Minaberry

John P. Minaberry Jr., 56, died March 28, 2007. He was born Sept. 27, 1950 in Delaware County, N. Y. He died after sustaining critical injuries in an automobile accident in Peachtree City. He was preceded in death by his father, John Peter Minaberry Sr. He had been a Captain in the United States Air Force, and flew for Delta Air Lines from 1982 to 2005, retiring as a Captain.
An avid motorcyclist, he rode in the "Run For The Wall" From California to Washington, D. C. in honor of Vietnam Veterans and POW's. He was an active member of the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Fayetteville, where he served as a Stephen Minister. A Memorial Celebration will be held on Easter Sunday, April 8, at 4 p.m. The Rev. Dr. Justin P. Kollmeyer will officiating.
Survivors include his wife, Diane W. Minaberry; sons, John David and April Minaberry,, Ormond Beach, Fla., and Matthew Mark and Andrea Minaberry Sr., South Daytona, Fla.; a daughter, Lorinda Diane and Ashley Adams, Fayetteville; mother, Margaret S. Minaberry, Daytona Beach, Fla.; sisters, Merrily and Harry Tovmassian, Gaithersburg, Md., and Deanna Minaberry, Daytona Beach, Fla.; and grandchildren, Matthew Minaberry Jr., Ashton Adams, Cameron Adams, and Kaitlyn Adams, and Justin Minaberry. Memorial donations may be made to the Lutheran Memorial Fund, in care of the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 257 Hwy. 314, Fayetteville, GA 30214.

Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
