MLK parade is Jan.13The Third Annual Fayette County Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Parade will be held Saturday, January 13, 2007. The annual parade, which is a celebration of the birthday and holiday of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., will begin at 10 am at Fayette County High School. Shark shower on HGTVThe Citizen has profiled Fayetteville resident John Parker and his “Shark Shower” on several occasions. Ben Pace said a man wearing a black jacket, dark pants and an orange toboggan entered the bank’s front entrance at approximately 11:27 a.m. The man was described as a white male with dirty blond hair in his late 20s to mid-30s, 5’5”-5’8” in height and weighing 120-140 pounds, Pace said.
