Applications
sought for Noel November funds
The Fayette County
Board of Realtors is making plans for Noel November 2002, "A Celebration
of Trees and Wreaths." The annual community fundraiser benefits
local organizations. Any Fayette County organization that would like
to be considered as one of this year's three recipients is encouraged
to send a letter of request detailing how the funds will be used to
the Fayette County Board of Realtors, 205 Brandywine Blvd., Fayetteville,
GA 30214. The deadline is Feb. 18.

Forecast" from an official of SunTrust Bank at its February meeting.

Group gets award
The Knight Group,
a residential builder headquartered in Jonesboro, has received the prestigious
Golden Achievement Award from Quality Builders Warranty Corporation
for Excellence in Customer Service.

Jerry
Ballard Homes has announced that it will build 14 homes in Oak Park,
a neighborhood in SummerGrove, Pathway Communities' master planned community
in Newnan.

makes Chronicle list
Tim
Jones Communities, which is based in Jonesboro, has again been included
in the Atlanta Business Chronicle's annual "Book of Lists."
The current publication appeared Dec. 28.

travel awards announced
Brayson
Homes has awarded $2,500 travel awards to four more cooperating sales
in "The Great Brayson Vacation Getaway" offered in 2001 by
the company. This brings to eight the number of cooperating agents receiving
travel awards during 2001.
