Wednesday, February 13, 2002 The Home Source Realtors Honors Real Estate Professionals Susan Fitzgerald, Tricia Topmiller, Connie Dyer, and Linda Fabre are top real estate professionals for The Home Source Realtors for 2001. The Home Source Realtors made the announcement recently at an awards dinner at the Wyndham Executive Conference Center. Fitzgerald was named Agent of the Year for the Peachtree City General Brokerage office for closed sales volumes in excess of $27 million. Fabre was named Agent of the Year for the Newnan General Brokerage office. Topmiller was named Sales Leader for the Builder Services Group for having the highest number of closed sales, and Dyer was the Volume Leader for the Builder Services with the highest dollar volume for houses sold. Top Listing Agent for the Peachtree City office was Susan Fitzgerald, and Wyvonnia Smith-Gorden was Top Listing Agent for the Newnan office. "We are proud of all our real estate professionals whose combined efforts resulted in an outstanding year for The Home Source Realtors," said Tutt Larsen, executive vice president and qualifying broker. Other honorees include: Peachtree City General Brokerage: Cynthia Cromartie - Most Valuable Team Player; Leah Sides- Achiever Award; Trish Summerville - Bravo Award; Janet Fink - Highest Number of Referrals sent through RELO, the company's relocation service; and Jan Spell - Highest Percentage of Outgoing Referrals to Close. Top Five Listing Agents were Susan Fitzgerald, Pam Barrett, Leah Sides, Janet Fink and Alice Nolley, and Top Five Agents for number of Closed Transactions were Susan Fitzgerald, Lynn Amos, Kem Roda, Cynthia Cromartie and Janet Fink. In the Newnan General Brokerage office Kay Jones was named Most Valuable Team Player; Linda Byrd - Achiever Award; and Linda Fabre - Bravo Award. Builder Services Group: Tricia Topmiller - Achiever Award; Sue McClain, B.J. Jones and Penny McClain, Most Valuable Team Players. Also in the Newnan General Brokerage office the following agents were named Top Five Listing Agents: Wyvonnia Smith-Gorden, Dana Cranford, Linda and Rudy Fabre, Linda Byrd, and Audrey Galloway. Top Five Agents for number of Closed Transactions were Linda and Rudy Fabre, Wyvonnia Smith-Gorden, Dana Cranford, Linda Byrd and Pam Rineer.
Susan Fitzgerald is Agent of the Year for The Home Source Realtors with residential real estate sales volume in excess of $27 million. This is the sixth consecutive year Fitzgerald has been named The Home Source Realtors' top listing and selling agent. She is affiliated with the company's Peachtree City General Brokerage office. The announcement was made recently at the company's awards banquet at the Wyndham Executive Conference Center. Fitzgerald has been a Realtor since 1992, and added her Registered Appraiser skills since relocating to Peachtree City from Nebraska in 1994. She also has earned the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation. "Susan is known by her customers and fellow real estate professionals as an expert at customer service," said Tutt Larsen, The Home Source Realtors' broker. "She is adept at listening to the housing wants and needs of buyers and sellers, and goes out of her way to provide quick efficient assistance." Fitzgerald's outgoing personality, friendliness, and communication skills are hallmarks of her success. "I really enjoy working with people, and I like the fast pace of real estate.
