The latest recipients include the following: * Robert Mittler of Newhomes.com, who sold two homes at Westchester at Liberty Commons in Cobb County and one home at McEver Park in Cobb County. * Valeria Rodrigues of International Realty, who sold one home at Westchester at Liberty Commons in Cobb County and two homes at Hampton at Liberty Commons in Cobb County. * Teresa Green of Premier Executive Homes, who sold one home at Carlton Chase in Gwinnett County, one at Charleston Commons in Gwinnett County, and one at Moore Creek in DeKalb County. * Tory Tucker of Re/Max of Buckhead, who sold two homes at The Gates at Bouldercrest in DeKalb County and one at Moore Creek in DeKalb County. Brayson Homes presented the travel award to the destination of the recipient's choice to cooperating agents who sold and closed three Brayson homes during the 2001 calendar year. Travel certificates earned during 2001 can be used through the end of 2002. The year 2001 was the second year Brayson Homes had offered the travel award promotion, and as a result of the program1s success, the company plans to offer it again this year. "Over 50 percent of our annual sales come from cooperating Realtors, and we undertook this promotion because we wanted to recognize and reward them for an outstanding effort," said Ginny Bishop, marketing director for Brayson Homes. "The success of this promotion is a strong indication of how much our company depends on the local Realtor community." Gwinnett-based Brayson Homes, which is observing its 25th anniversary, has produced over 6,000 new homes. The company is active in Gwinnett, DeKalb, Cobb, South Fulton and Coweta County markets and will soon be building in Clayton, Newton, Douglas and Paulding counties. Brayson Homes is one of only a few of the 13,000 builders in the more than 20-year history of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program to receive the prestigious Diamond Builder award for quality construction and customer service. The company has earned awards in the prestigious Professionalism Competition sponsored by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and the Sales & Marketing Council.
