Wednesday, February 13, 2002 Deer Creek homes available With the marketing effort just opening, the first new home sale has been recorded in Deer Creek, Brayson Homes' 44-home community in the city limits of Union City. Located on Lower Dixie Lake Rd., which runs off Hwy. 29 (Roosevelt Highway), Deer Creek is a sidewalk and streetlight community with homes priced from $120,000 to $150,000. Most of the homes will be ranch designs, including two with basements, but split foyer plans will also be available. Gwinnett-based Brayson Homes, which is observing its 25th anniversary, has produced over 6,000 new homes.
