Wednesday, February 13, 2002 Spell earns ABR designation Jan Spell, an associate broker at The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City, has earned the Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation following a comprehensive course in buyer representation, a written exam on legal and practical aspects of client representation, and practical experience in the field of buyer representation. The award was presented by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council, Inc. (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Spell, a resident of Peachtree City for more than 20 years, also holds the GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), CSP (Certified Sales Professional), and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. An active life member of the Million Dollar Club, her gross volume of closed sales for 2001 totaled more than 10 million dollars.
