Wednesday, February 13, 2002 Strauss named Bullard manager in Griffin Jenifer L. Strauss has been named manager of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty's new office serving the Griffin and Spalding County area. The Griffin/Spalding County office came into being last September when Treadway Realty and Building's real estate operations merged with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Ms. Strauss, a Spalding County resident for the past 11 years, began working with the Treadway five years ago and has been in real estate for the past four years. Theda Bunker has been serving as managing broker for the company's offices in both Clayton County and Griffin/Spalding County. She will continue to serve in this dual role.
