New faces in local real estate

S. Michelle Cote is a new sales associate with the Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Cote, who received her training through the MLS Training Institute, is a resident of Fayetteville.

Glenda Howell Elkins is a new agent with the Butts County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Elkins, who received her real estate training through the MLS Training Institute, is changing careers, and she said she is looking forward to serving people who are selling or buying homes.

A graduate of Clayton College & State University, she received an associate degree in nursing. She has held certifications in rehab nursing and worked as a medical/legal consultant.

A Clayton County resident, she is a member of the Metro South Association of Realtors.

Melanie Polk is a new agent with the Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Polk, who is also the owner of two Great Clips franchises, lives in Henry County with her husband Tommy. They have two children, Devan and Taylor.

She is a Partner in Education with Hawthorne Elementary School in Clayton County and Hampton Elementary School in Henry County.

Nancy Tennyson is a new agent with the Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Tennyson, a former member of the Heart of Georgia Board of Realtors, has been in real estate for more than two years.

An Upson County resident, she has been married to Randy Tennyson for 26 years. They have two sons, Eric, 24, and Jason, 21.
