No speed cushions for Planterra just yetThe Peachtree City City Council tabled the topic of speed cushions in Planterra Ridge until their June 21 meeting. In the meantime, they would like to examine the speeds in certain areas and determine if fewer speed cushions in more strategically placed areas would reduce speed in the area and continue to deter traffic. PTC police make Internet porn arrestA McDonough man was arrested yesterday for trying to arrange a sexual act with an undercover Peachtree City police officer who he thought was a 14-year-old. Christopher Todd Walker, 33, of McDonough was charged with one count of violating the computer pornography and child exploitation act. Police said Walker engaged in "conversations of an extremely illicit sexual nature" during the investigation.
