The Peachtree City City Council tabled the topic of speed cushions in Planterra Ridge until their June 21 meeting. In the meantime, they would like to examine the speeds in certain areas and determine if fewer speed cushions in more strategically placed areas would reduce speed in the area and continue to deter traffic. A study presented at the meeting showed that traffic numbers have reached or gone below pre Wal-Mart numbers in the area.
