Winpak Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for its Barrier Shrink Bag Plant

On September 18, Winpak Films Inc., a subsidiary of Winpak Ltd., held a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of its new barrier shrink bag plant in Senoia, Georgia. Winpak Ltd. is a public company traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Its major shareholder is Wihuri Oy of Helsinki, Finland.

The Coweta Up in Smoke BBQ Cook-Off is the premier BBQ event in Georgia. The event is sanctioned by the Florida BBQ Association and declared the official Georgia State Championship BBQ by the Georgia State Senate. Teams from all over the Southeast will compete for big money prizes and braggin’ rights. This year’s BBQ will be held October 6 at the beautiful Coweta County Fairgrounds.
