A roofer died after he fell at a worksite in Peachtree City Friday, officials said.

The roofer was not wearing a safety harness that might have prevented the accident, said city Building Official Tom Carty.

The incident occurred at a building on 340 Dividend Drive in the city’s industrial park, Carty said.
