By: Michael Boylan

Sports editor Michael Boylan and staff writer Kevin Wandra have moved their award-winning program to Fayetteville's Chick-fil-A Dwarf House. In the first episode of the new school year, the pair talk about the latest results of all the fall sports, sit down for an interview with FCHS head football coach Tommy Webb and preview this Friday's football games.

And remember, the boys are taping The Citizen Sports Blitz live at the Dwarf House every Monday night and people who come out to check out the show have a chance to win some prizes and be a part of the local high school sports scene. Next week's guests will include Whitewater head volleyball coach Ben Thacker and a player to be named later this week.

I'd be interested in knowing the actual number of people who watch this. Personally, I can't see how anyone can stand it, even if they are an avid sports fan. Maybe if Michael Boylan wasn't a part of it? He's got to be one of the most annoying people IRL, because in print and these videos it is just awful. (I don't know him personally, so can only go by what he puts here.)

Well obviously you have watched it, or how would you be able to form an opinion. And no one forced you to do so. If you dislike the the show in general, or Michael Boylan in particular, don't watch. I would assume that you control the mouse on your computer, and the link to the video didn't click itself. There is no need to come on this site and insult the poor man. I would assume that there is an audience if the Citizen took the time and energy to produce the show. It seems to me you are just being mean, to be mean. (I don't know him personally, but DO enjoy reading his columns)
