Delta's No Frills Affordable Fares

On a recent flight to and from the West Coast I utilized Delta's new Dollar Saver Fares Rebate option. With an electronic ticket you can choose this option at the kiosk to get a $40 instant cash rebate. It was all fine and dandy but the one thing I didn't realize was that the drink and snack cart bypasses this section of the cabin. Other than that I'm not sure if it's really worth the savings. What say you?
