PTC police catch shoplifting suspect

A dash across the railroad tracks didn’t stop a shoplifter from Walmart from being caught by Peachtree City police Wednesday morning.

The suspect, identified as Fabian Good, 40, was apprehended behind the IHOP restaurant after a brief foot chase, police said.
The suspect was described as a black male wearing a black jacket and black pants, and when he fled the store he ran towards the railroad tracks, police said.

Good was arrested and transported to the Fayette County Jail while warrants were sought on his arrest. He is currently on parole for a previous shoplifting conviction, having been out of prison since Aug. 31, 2009.

Well, if the jails didn't have to keep non violent offenders, maybe they would have more room for actual thieves.

Oh, at the risk of repeating myself, more of the same old, same old. I, for one am sick to death of riff raff and thugs taking over in our county. But what can we do, I am serious, WHAT CAN WE DO to stop this decline.

Im sick of people always saying PTC is getting bad PTC is never going to be bad the few crimes that do happen in PTC the people doing the crimes are never from PTC they are from Newnan Fayettville or Atlanta

Hey, I've been saying this would happen for years and was always ridiculed, called a racist, etc. Now I just enjoy sitting back watching all the morons on here endlessly e-arguing with each other about race.

How's it feel to know that your community, property values, schools, and safety are all in serious decline??

Mention when black

The citizen reporters have given us the description of the perp again. Another black man. WOW. Who robbed the Post Office must be white since a description wasn't given. The same with the Walgreens suspect no description and we found he was white after the arrest. Go figure what is behind this type of reporting.
