Wow, great job! Something for everyone, acts from the '60s through '00's.

for a spotlight show...for those not familiar with them, do some checking...they put on a great show.

I'm not familiar with the last act, I'll say that.

That said, hopefully, they can keep this up, I truly enjoy attending concerts just a golf cart ride away from my home. ...not all that many shows anymore, and that alone will make the tickets harder to find...

This line up for the summer series is SAD! I'm almost 50 and most of these acts were my mother's favorites. . . . Maybe they need to move the concert time to 4:30 so that the appreciative crowd can get home before dusk and their bedtime. With a line up like this, I'm sure to make my summer concert stops at the Amphitheater in Fayetteville or drive to the Best Buy theater complex in Atlanta. And forget about my young adult kids wanting to spend their money in county for entertainment. . . with a line up like this. . .NO CHANCE!

The Fred should be looking at up and comming groups as they are still inexpensive enough to be affordable and famous enough to not be advertised via the obituary section of the paper. The Villages had Sara Evans in one of their 1st seasons and within months, she had hits in the "Top 20". Nancy. . . you've gone to PTC but thank goodness you left the "Magic" in Fayetteville!

B-52s, Cheap Trick, Village People, America, Christopher Cross, Boz Scaggs, Gloria Gaynor, Jose Feliciano...

Sounds like something for everyone - kinda like the B98.5 playlist (gee, the most popular radio station in Atlanta for a reason?)

Wanttoknow is going to Fayetteville to see the Oak Ridge Boys, Johnny Rivers, Little River Band (hey, I'll go see that one), The Family Stone (sans Sly), Grand Funk Railroad. Can you honestly say, wanttoknow, that the demographic for both series isn't pretty similar?

"most of these acts were my mother's favorites" - you are a crap-stirrer. Find another topic, bud.

And hey, maybe if you look a bit further, you'll find...
Swingin' Medallions, bluegrass festival at Shakerag, open mic night, movies, community theater, etc.

Kudos to Nancy, Sarah and the City. I'll be buying season tickets to the Fred again this year (if I can get them).

Naysayers go pound salt.
