remodelers report confidence going into 2003
Professional
remodeling switched into lower gear at the end of 2002 as residential
property owners put off significant additions and improvements in
response to weaker economic conditions and seasonal factors, according
to results of the National Association of Home Builders' Remodeling
Market Index, released in late January. Remodelers reported a fairly
weak amount of activity near the end of what was overall a very strong
year for home improvements.

The Metro South
Association of Realtors and the Metro South Chapter of the Greater
Atlanta Home Builders Association are working with Habitat for Humanity
to build a Habitat House in College Park.

The Fayette County
Board of Realtors recently held its annual Spring Ball at the Atlanta
Airport Hilton Hotel with over 400 in attendance. This membership
event recognizes those members who achieve status in the Million Dollar
