Wednesday, April 9, 2003 New faces in new places Annette Cook has joined the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty as a sales associate. A McDonough resident, she is married to Steve Cook and has three children, Keri, 17; Kelsi, 10; and Steven, 8. She is a member of Henry Baptist Church. Anna Cramer is a new sales associate with the Peachtree City office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. She received her training through the MLS Training Institute. She is from Poland, where she was a teacher, and she has been in the United States for two years. She speaks Polish, English and German. She and her husband Jason are Fayette County residents. Kristin Crayton has joined the SOLD Team at Keller Williams Realty of Newnan-Peachtree City. She will be managing client services for the Coweta, Fayette, Fulton and Meriwether County areas. Stacey Dunlap is a new sales associate with the Newnan/Coweta County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Dunlap, who completed real estate training through the MLS Training Institute, is a member of the Newnan/Coweta, Georgia and National Associations of Realtors. A Fayette County resident, she is married to Steve Dunlap. They have two sons, Robby, 12, and Taylor, 8. Murray Hyatt has joined the Newnan/Coweta County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty as a sales associate. Hyatt, who has been in real estate for five years and has earned the GRI designation, has participated in Coldwell Banker FastStart and Brokers examination training programs, and he is a member of the Troup County, Georgia and National Association of Realtors. A supervisor with the Georgia Power Company, he is also an ordanied Pentacostal minister and is a member of AARP. Hyatt is a Troup County resident. He is married to Jackie Hyatt, and they have three children, Sandra, 28, Kim, 34, and Murray Jr., 28. Christie Jean-Baptiste is a new agent with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. She holds a B.S. in marketing from Bentley College in Waltham, Mass., and she has over five years of consulting experience with various multi-industry Fortune 500 companies. A resident of Henry County, she is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta sorority, and her hobbies include traveling, reading and investing. Karen Patrick has joined Prudential Georgia Realty and is based out of the new Peachtree City branch in The Avenue shopping plaza. A native Atlantan, Karen is a graduate of Briarwood High School. Now residing in Peachtree City, she concentrates on residential real estate in the Fayette, Coweta, and South Fulton County region. Professionally, Karen is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
