Wednesday, April 9, 2003 Eagle's Tour of Homes set for May 9-18 Eagle's Landing Country Club and Eagle's Brooke Golf & Country Club, Killearn Properties' two communities in Henry County, will host the Eagle's Tour of Homes from Friday, May 9, through Sunday, May 18. The public is invited to participate in the tour, which will feature 14 furnished model homes in the two planned communities. The event is serving as the grand opening for Eagle's Brooke Golf & Country Club, The Arbors neighborhood in Eagle's Brooke, and for the Eagle's Landing neighborhood of Augusta Green. Prices of homes in these neighborhoods start from the $200,000s in Eagle's Brooke Golf & Country Club; from $155,900 in The Arbors at Eagle's Brooke, and from the $390,000s in Augusta Green. A preferred lender, Eagle Mortgage Services LLC, is serving as a sponsor of the event. In Eagle's Landing, the tour will include the following: * Four model homes in Augusta Green, built by Majestic Residential LLC and marketed by the Eagle's Landing Sales Center. * Two model homes in SouthGate at Eagle's Landing, one built by Don Henry Custom Homes and marketed by the Eagle1s Landing Sales Center, and one built by Majestic Residential LLC and marketed by Prudential. * One model home in Eagle's Nest at Eagle's Landing built by Bob Adams Homes and marketed by the Eagle's Landing Sales Center. The Eagle's Brooke tour will include the following: * Six model homes built by each of six builders Oxford Custom Homes, Kenny Johnson Homes, RHB Homes, John Christian Homes, Lundstrom Homes, and Don Henry Custom Homes. These are being marketed by the Eagle's Brooke Sales Center. * One model home in The Arbors at Eagle's Brooke built by Majestic Residential LLC and marketed by Prudential. There will be giveaways in all 14 model homes, and the furnishings in the Augusta Green models will be on sale with all proceeds benefiting Eagle's Landing Christian Academy. In addition, activities are planned for kids and families. In connection with the Eagle's Tour, a kickoff event for Realtors, the Tee Off Party, will take place Thursday night, May 8, from 5:30-8 p.m. in the four furnished model homes at Eagle's Landing's Augusta Green neighborhood. The Realtors party will be catered by Pinehurst Caterers, and giveaways will include weekends at the Kingwood Golf Club and Resort in Clayton, GA, and weekend visits to The Inn at Eagle1s Landing. Augusta Green is located along the fourth and fifth holes of Eagle's Landing's championship golf course. The Tee Off Party will feature entertainment by Adam Gosdin and Mishell. There will also be a closest-to-the-pin contest at hole #4, where agents can purchase chances to compete. Proceeds from the contest will go to Haven House, which offers shelter and crisis intervention to women and their children from situations of family violence and abuse.
