Visitors to SummerGrove at Newnan April 26-27 will receive free golf passes to SummerGrove's Golf Digest-ranked golf course. SummerGrove, one of Atlanta's best-selling communities, is holding a special community event that ties in with the community's new advertising campaign: "All that's missing is you." From 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and 1-6 p.m. Sunday, the people who register at five locations within the community will receive free golf passes. "This event provides a great opportunity to not only see the wide variety of homes styles at SummerGrove, but to also see why the SummerGrove golf course is among the best in Atlanta," said Peggy Sullivan, vice president of marketing at Pathway Communities, who points out that the golf passes can be redeemed anytime during the month of May. In addition to great golf, SummerGrove has 17 builders with 13 designer model homes ranging in price from the $130s to over $700,000. Other amenities include over five miles of walking trails and pedestrian paths, a 100-acre lake, a tennis complex and a water park featuring a lazy river ride, water sprays and a large water mushroom.
