Jernigan top agent again

Myra Jernigan has made it an even dozen that's how many times she has earned the Agent of the Year title for Century 21 Scarborough Properties in Tyrone.

Not only was she the top listing and selling agent for the firm in 2002, she has received Century 21's Centurian Award for the seventh time.

She also was on Century 21 list of top producers in its region which included portions of Georgia, Florida and Alabama. She also earned the Fayette County Board of Realtors Active Phoenix award for 2002.

"Myra is the total real estate professional," said Carolyn McCullough, her managing broker. "She could write books on how to successfully list and sell properties. We are very proud of her accomplishments.

"In her business, Myra makes the best use of proven practices as well as incorporating the newest in marketing technology. The way she finds that perfect buyer-seller combination is incredible. She is highly respected within the real estate industry."

Jernigan has specialized in the Fayette, Coweta and south Fulton areas since 1985. She is a native of south Fulton and resides in Sharpsburg with her husband, who is pastor of Arnco Baptist Church in Newnan. She has four children and eight grandchildren.
