The following arrests were made by Tyrone Police between Oct. 14-23. Those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Clifford Carter Cagle, 35, of Senoia Road, Fairburn, for DUI alcohol, headlight requirement and failure to maintain lane.

Oscar Pascual Fuentes, 21, of Shoals Road, Sharpsburg, for expired or no license, speeding and operation of an unregistered/unlicensed vehicle.

Robert MacPherson, 45, of Creekwood Crossing, Kennesaw, for theft by deception.

Elizabeth Ann Moore, 42, of Deadwood Way, Palmetto, for DUI drugs and failure to maintain lane.
