Jánat L. Fletcher is a new sales associate with the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.
Fletcher has been owner of a resurfacing company for tubs and countertops, and she has also worked in administration for an insurance company.

A Fayetteville resident, she is married to Darius Fletcher. They have two sons, Darius II, 8, and Jacob, 2.

• Leslie Terek is now a sales associate with the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.
Terek, who has been in real estate since may of 2003, is now affiliated with the Bullard organization as a result of the recent acquisition of Century 21 Southern Crescent. She has earned the GRI designation and has been named to the Fayette County Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club and Circle of Achievement.

She is a member of a sales team with her brother, Kenneth Edmondson, and her uncle, Dave Edmondson, who was the owner of Century 21 Southern Crescent, is now an associate broker with Bullard.

Terek, a Fayetteville resident, is a member of Peachtree City United Methodist Church.
