Scarbrough Properties welcomes new faces

Century 21 Scarbrough Properties is delighted to announce the addition of several new faces to its firm. “Although new to our company these professionals are not new to the real estate business and we are very enthusiastic about their joining our team. Each one has something unique and special they bring to our company ” says Beth Johnson, managing broker.

Shirlitha Warnick, joins the company from a sister franchise where she was previously recognized as Agent of the Year. Since joining Century 21 some five years ago, Shirlitha has created the inspired Housing Choice Program and works with many community organizations, conducts homeownership seminars, and works with local municipalities to help expand their homeownership programs as well as many non-profit organizations. A native of Tennessee, she and her husband reside in Fayetteville.

June Montjoy, a veteran of the business for 34 years also joins the company from a sister franchise . Besides being actively and enthusiastically involved in a full-time real estate career, June is Secretary of the South Fulton Parkway Alliance and has been on the Board of Directors for the Cochran Mill Nature Center for 15 years. She too has been Agent of the Year four times previously and joins Century 21 Scarbrough Properties as an associate broker. June brings an exceptional experience base and community awareness to her clients. She has two married daughters and two grandsons and resides in Fairburn.

Another associate broker, Joyce Williamson, joins the company from a former sister franchise. Joyce is also an accomplished Realtor with 28 years experience. She enjoys working with buyers and sellers and has a broad range of market coverage. As a top producer in the industry, Joyce has been with Century 21 for 8 years and resides in Fayetteville.

Gayron Johnson, transfers to the company as a real estate associate from a sister franchise. She has 12 years experience and enjoys working with clients throughout the metro Atlanta area.
Changing to Century 21 Scarbrough Properties, Aisha Kleemoff joins as an agent with two years experience. She and her family live in Fairburn. Aisha pursues short sale and pre-foreclosure listings with the Warnick/Moore Team.

Joey Cheriscat relocates to the company as an associate from New Jersey. He has a background in accounting and real estate to service his clients. Originally from Haiti, Joey currently resides in Fayetteville with his family.

Samuel Knight transfers to Century 21 Scarbrough Properties as an agent specializing in buyer representation. Samuel has been with the Century 21 brand for several years and enjoys working to find the perfect home for each buyer.
He lives in Fairburn with his family.

Howard Black also joins the company as a part-time agent. He was previously with the firm in 2005 and rejoins this year. Howard and his wife live in Sharpsburg and also have a home in South Carolina.
