Their 2007 gross real estate sales placed them in the Leading Edge Society award level for sales performance, one of several award designations created by Prudential Real Estate Affiliates (PREA) as a national standard for its agents. The Leading Edge Society award is held by only the top 14 percent of the 64,000+ Prudential agent organization.

They are both Certified Skilled Negotiators, Corporate Relocation Specialists and nationally designated Fine Homes Specialists. Ernie holds the Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and the Transnational Referral Certified (TRC) professional mark from the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA). Kay is the 2008 president of the Fayette chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors and belongs to the Fayette County Board of Realtors.

“These agents find a way to serve their clients in the best and most professional way possible, year after year, no matter what the real estate market,” said Managing Broker Merry Holley.
